I'm sure everyone's heard about racist graffitis and remarks appearing across our school's walls and how severe this is. I heard the police force are involved in the investigation too to detain the culprits! It is indeed disheartening and upsetting that such a thing could still happen after 51 years of independence in this country. It is enough that it is already a persisting problem in the Parliament, racism is not needed in a schooling environment. I hope the culprits face the punishment they deserve for raising such a sensitive issue that could lead to potential chaos within the school compound and community.

Yo~ Hello everyone!! I apologise for my very,very,very,very,very long absence! Cookies and milk for you if I'm forgiven =X

It's nearing the end of the holidays and I've still been busy. Homework just keep piling up @_@ Maybe NJ's busy too! XD So once again, I apologize for not posting anything for 10 days.

Hm... The new softball club seems interesting but I'm not a sports person =X Just so you know, fencing club activities start ONLY after PMR. It's on Wednesday, 2.00-3.30 I think o_o" (Some other member tip me off again please!!! Sorry!!)

I'm not feeling that well so I'll be logging off now. End of post ^~^"

Yo sup’-

Well, it’s official! A new sports club is born and its birth was announced this past Saturday, information for those who did not show up for school. That particular sport basically revolves around hitting and grabbing balls (it’s not what you think). If you guessed softball, you hit the nail right on the head. I heard it is now open to all who are interested. Anybody who wishes to join in the club and fun, sign up now!!!

On another note, I’m deeply disturbed and sickened by reports of bullying that have been persisting since last week. The worst thing about it is, the victims are friends of mine and they’re girls, for God’s sake! Oh and the despicable, low-life bullies? They’re guys! I’m not gonna name names but
I can’t help but wonder how much manlier it makes them (the no-good bullies) appear by harassing the vulnerable of the other sex. Nonetheless, it’s a serious and worrying matter that should be given the attention it deserves before these loathsome creatures strike again.

This past Wednesday was Hari Kokurikulum, as we all know. Let me just say the performances orchestrated by the performers representing their clubs were no less remarkable. Overall, the whole ceremony was straight-out phenomenal, to say the least (with the exception of us audience getting too much tan and sunburn for a day under the not-so-friendly sun). The whole thing went smoothly and plus, we look so much better with our new tans!

Well, that’s all for the time-being. I’m so thankful the tests are well behind us and I guess I’ll worry about the next one later. Worrying too much and it will end up biting you right back from behind. Right now I guess I’m just gonna go meditating alone again. Adios then, young ones.

p.s In reference to a comment a reader made regarding my last post, I apologize if I offended anyone with my name-calling of ‘junior’. I was clearly aware that Ms. Lim was also the Chemistry teacher of class 4S1. I was just attempting to drive my point clear. You know, if I said ‘…then you’re not a student of 4SP1 and 4S1…’, some others might wonder which class I was indicating there. Therefore, I only mentioned 4SP1. I’m deeply sorry if it caused any confusion or misunderstanding. As for ‘junior’ I only meant that to be a joke as I always thought it was hilarious. Frankly I don’t mind if anyone called me that coz’ I expect them to. In fact, I think it’s funny when people do that. I’m easily humored, that’s for sure. ;-)

Reason's 4th Not-So-Epic-Post-Because-She-Is-In-Despair

Yay I'm hogging the next post too!

First of all, thank you MegamiTensei for promoting NJ and I (=D) In response to your post, "Larry previously posted a post concerning BGR….now now after reading it thoroughly (really, by thoroughly i mean skipping 5-9 words in each sentence) i must say boys and girls, LISTEN TO MOMMY AND BE A GOOD BOI AND DON’T GO AROUND DATING. What? Isn’t that how you talk to little kids? Yes yes, i regard many of the couples i’ve seen in school as little kids who just wants a taste of the flesh. Temptation in the form of candy isn’t convincing, but in this society, even Chup-a-chup (however you spell it) tempts “young adults”. I got a full grown one upstairs who’s snoring right now who can’t resist chup-a-chup (my dad). Though again i should stretch on one thing that SMK Seksyen 4 is filled with. Hypocrites! Which raises another thing that’s on my mind lately, are girls so attract to boys who practice hypocrisy? There are 2 girls in this group, so do answer me."

Generally, I don't think I'm attracted to anyone in this school lol. I MIGHT be attracted to those who practice hypocrisy for the moment but all the time I lose interest after finding out their true personality. Normally, it's really rotten.

I never knew Hari Kokurikulum was coming... Well, not until today. I heard it's going to be held this coming Wednesday (zomfg does this mean Japanese class is going to get cancelled again!? DESPAIRRRRRRRRRR) I really, really wonder why this day is held o.o"

Today, while waiting for out parents to arrive, NJ and I had a small discussion lol. She told me of an incident where En Mohammad (sorry for spelling!!) had demanded few boys wash the sprayed-on colours on their hairs and well, they did it on the spot I think... Plus, today I saw a tiny article on hair colours therefore, I wish to heave the topic of hair colours to you!

"Would you dye your hair? Why? If yes, what colour would it be? Why? Why why?"

Personally, yes, I would love to dye it. I think my hair might be better if I added a new lease of life onto it. Blue would be my top choice along with white. No, it's not going to be aqua blue or some sorta neon colour that will hurt other people's eyes or make me look like a walking road sign. I just like the colour that's all. And I should be asking "why why" to myself.

What are your opinions? (not in response to my choices but your own)

2008/07/31 marks the day where everyone is free from exam - at the moment- and will be enjoying the upcoming Merdeka celebrations. Shall we rejoice? =D

Something suddenly had me thinking...
Why on Earth was the library so full during the second recess!? (T_T) Not that I'm complaining but normally there aren't this many people in there. Ah~ where's the quiet and peaceful atmosphere in the library...

Fellow readers (just keep my hopes high and answer "yes!" please!)...
How was the exam period for you all? Was it tough? For me, it was a nice time to sle- Nevermind =D
Next question- Remember Pn Chitra (not sure of the spelling) ? Do you miss her? We all know she's a very dear teacher and that you all like her a lot. No lying, I know the truth! I'll be honest and say that I miss her a lot. So does NJ I guess. Maybe everyone in literature too!

Speaking of literature, I often wonder why are there so little people taking it up. It's nice (although it consumes time) and improves your English (I doubt anyone cares about this poor language nowadays!! ReasonX07 is in despair!!!). For those who still want to take it up, literature classes are held every Thursday in the computer lab from 1400-1530 hours (Correct me if I'm wrong). The class is conducted by Pn Suzy Narita (Sorry if there's a spelling error!). Come join the darksi- FUN!.

Being unable to concentrate on my revision (must be the stress, really), I decided to post something. Congratulations to NJ for her first post! She has finally stepped out of her silence!!!

Well, I ,too, bid goodbye to our beloved chemistry teacher but worry not, we have her contact number. It's not like we're never going to see her again so stop crying! (if you are)

Moving on.

Our chorus speaking team has reached the finals! =D (Must be resulted from the love of shopping). Though I liked the chorus speaking... I never got a chance to support them live. Too busy (>_<) I'm very sorry!!! Sorry for delayed posts... A terrible tragedy has struck. Monthly exams!! (AAAAAAAaaaaa!! Take cover!!! Lolz =X)

Emergence from Enlightenment

Hola, young grasshoppers. Well since Reason’s already posted two blog entries and I haven’t, I decided to emerge from my deep solitude of silence and redeem myself by posting something as well.

First things first, just earlier today we bade farewell to our much-loved Chemistry teacher, Ms. Lim. If she wasn’t your Chemistry teacher- well, that’s because you’re not a student in class 4SP1, junior.

We were first introduced to her as our new interim ‘teacher-in-training’ about a few months ago and it has really been an absolute bliss and one helluva ride. She’s one of the very few teachers-or people, for that matter- who could really connect and identify with us, and that is one thing we’ll hold dear to our hearts. Ms. Lim is undoubtedly and undeniably one of the coolest teachers/human beings to have around and hang out with. If your class was not one of those in which she taught during her stay in SMK Seksyen 4, I sympathize with you greatly.

I think Ms. Lim has earned everybody’s favor and respect and we will most definitely miss her when she’s gone. Heck, we miss her already!

I don’t have much to say so I’d like to take this opportunity to wish all Seksyen 4’ers and our dearest readers (if we even have any) a huge Good Luck with the upcoming exams, especially to those taking the PMR and SPM papers this year.

The Second Epic Post

Blog header's up (Thanks to NJ) and first post is of course, by ME! Just kidding.

Since we (NJ and I) actually have no idea on what to post... I guess I should start with our school's choral speaking team. Their topic on shopping did spark humour in me. Really, it did! My memory's bad so I can't remember much about the contents but worry not, fragments do stick in my head (Especially the funny parts!). I like to think that the chorus speaking team presented something very, very true.

We all love shopping.

No matter what, you can't deny that you love shopping.

For example, girls MAY love to shop for clothes and guys... gadgets...?(I'm not a guy so I'm just guessing!)

I've noticed various things while walking around school (I wasn't cutting class!). I know it's quite old but the new tables and chairs for the canteen are creative (especially those outside the canteen. They all deserve umbrellas, lol). Another thing is that I've noticed a lot of people practising various dances after school. After some light probing, I was told they were for our school's Merdeka occasion or something. This means we'll have a lot of entertainment! (Yay~! Do you feel fired up for the upcoming celebration now??)

But before that... Before all those celebrations... There's this obstacle called...

Since there were no posts ever since this blog was opened, I'll take this chance and grab the first post! Sorry, NJ!!

Frankly speaking, this is my first time blogging but I'll do my best to entertain you all!

..was this blog created?
Simple. Strange Days was created so that we could join in the fun of blogging too! Just kidding. The truth is that our school is hosting a blog competition and so we just joined in for the fun of it.

...are we named "Blissful Oblivion"?
That I don't know. NJ and I were just playing around with words and after three days (yes, believe that. I'm not lying), we finally came up with a name. You wouldn't believe the other names we had in mind though...

...did we name the blog "Strange Days"?
Doesn't it sound cool? According to NJ, it's something related to The Doors, a really nice band. Ask her for a more detailed explanation.
